- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My children and I really liked Dr. Ghannam he does a great job. But I called to get my children and I chart history I got the run around I called 11:36 am and I was told that she will have to check with the doctor about my family chart history now they just called me last week to set up an visit for my family. So at 3:46 pm I had no call back so I called them and I was told by this woman I spoke with this morning "I told you that we will get the chart history out to you" I told her if she had told me that this morning I wouldn't be calling you back and after giving her my current address she said "Oh it wasn't you it was someone else let me check with the doctor about your chart" Then she got back on the phone saying" We don't have your chart history" Ok what is going on someone just called me last week to set up my families 6 months check up. All I'm going to do is pray for this office Dr. Ghannam I like him. But some of his office staff I can't say all the staff Some of them need to be replaced they are rude.
